Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting the department GM in setting sales targets and developing annual development and sales plans;
2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer and product positioning, analyzing customer requirements, and providing targeted solutions;
3. Actively monitor domestic and international market trends, fabric information, and new manufacturing methods;
4. Responsible for developing and implementing projects, analyzing and summarizing gains and losses, and being able to propose improvement plans;
5. Develop fabric suppliers and finished product suppliers suitable for new products;
6. Promote departmental sales through efficient sample development work;
7. Responsible for continuous optimization of development and sales processes, as well as team management and development.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in product design, international trade, business English, textile engineering, or related fields;
2. More than 3-5 years of experience in import and export trade in the home textile and clothing industry, and over 2 years of team management experience;
3. Proficient in knowledge of knitted, woven, and plush fabrics;
4. Excellent English speaking skills, able to independently negotiate business with clients;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, innovative spirit and problem-solving ability, able to withstand significant work pressure.
